Jacob Grenz is Senior Director of Salesforce Solutions at OpFocus, leading the Salesforce Solutions practice. With over 15 years as a technology professional, Jacob brings deep platform expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ/Revenue Cloud, with a specialty in the end-to-end lead-to-cash process.
His practice focuses on new implementations and optimization of clients' existing Salesforce environments, including org merges and consolidations, AI automation, elimination of technical debt, and the broader ecosystem of applications that connect with Salesforce.
Jacob's path to Salesforce began with an internship organizing a Salesforce database for a Chicago record label; an experience that sparked a career-long passion for the platform.

Outside of work, Jacob lives in Chicago with his partner and their two rescue pit bulls. He's a musician, singer, songwriter, and producer, and loves catching live concerts around the city. When he's not gaming or working on music, you'll likely find him exploring new corners of Chicago or planning his next trip.
