Workflow allows us to automate business process in Salesforce. With it you can define a trigger and actions which occur when the trigger is fired. Actions include sending an Email Alert, assigning a Task, updating a Field and sending an encrypted XML message. Any of these actions, when triggered, can be performed immediately or after a time delay. Join OpFocus at 1pm Eastern Time on Thursday July 1 for a free one hour demonstration of Salesforce.com’s Workflow functionality. During the session we’ll walk through common examples and touch all options. Presenting will be David Carnes, President of OpFocus and a long-time trainer for Salesforce.com’s System Administration and Advanced System Administration courses. Register here and we will send you connection details for the Webinar. Note: Not all versions of Salesforce.com support the Worklow functionality we will discuss in this session. Focus will be on features found in Enterprise and Unlimited Editions of Salesforce.com. |
